Dennis Lang

Dennis comes to VI Sailing with a lifelong background in the charter industry. As a teen he made his first paycheck working at a charter base in Tortola during the early 70’s. He has had the pleasure to work for over a half dozen yacht charter companies, including the leaders of this industry, Sunsail and The Moorings. His experience in charter sales, operations management and on the docks with the clients is the basis for a complete understanding of this vacation option.

Dennis is a veteran charter agent with over 30 years experience in arranging and providing boating vacations. Since selling his first charter in 1975 he has worked with thousands of charter guests from the initial phone call to the after charter report. Due to the years he spent as a charter base manager and yacht commissioning agent he can confidently answer any questions regarding charter operations and the yachts as well.

This Florida native has raced on several levels, been on many deliveries, and has extensive experience around the Caribbean basin, especially in the British Virgin Islands and Belize. Now cruises whenever and wherever he can and races RC sailboats as a hobby.
