Crewed yacht charter broker – Gail Hartman – has also chartered bareboats and crewed yachts in the Virgin Islands more than 15 times!  She has sailed extensively throughout the Leeward Islands, Bahamas , Dry Tortugas, and the waters around Florida .   Gail also visits family regularly on Tortola and always fits in a little business while there.  She is an avid boater, fisher and diver.

Mega yacht charter broker – Tim Nelson – is one of the first United States charter brokers to become a member of the prestigious Mediterranean Yacht Broker Association (MYBA). Tim is also a member of the Florida Yacht Brokers Association (FYBA). He specializes in charters on yachts over 100' worldwide and every year attends the major international charter shows for these large yachts. Tim scours these shows to find only the finest yachts and crews to offer to his clients!

The owner of Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. - Tom DeMartine - and his wife Sylvie started working in the yacht charter industry in 1981 as captain and crew on charter yachts.  Tom works very closely with all the Expert Brokers and is personally familiar with over 1,000 charter yachts in the Virgin Islands.  He is always in the office and makes himself readily available to our clients.  Tom currently serves as the CYBA Board of Directors and is Chairman of the Ethics Committee.  More About Tom

Price & Other Services

Our fee is paid by the yacht owner or company. We do not own any yachts, our recommendations are completely objective, entirely focused on our clients' interests. We have built our reputation on providing prompt, friendly, accurate and professional service.

Due to the large volume of charter vacations we arrange each year, we are able to offer a complete "one-stop" service. We can help with discount airfare, comprehensive trip insurance and give good hotel advice.
