The continued success of the revolutionary concept introduced in the Sun Odyssey 40DS has driven Jeanneau to further its line of "Deck Saloon" with a 43 foot model, again designed by Daniel Andrieu. The Sun Odyssey 43DS conserves the concept of bringing bright natural lighting from the roof, with windows in the salon you can enjoy the beautiful Caribbean views, unlike any other mono-hull design. The salon has a luxurious feel with halogen lighting and teak furnishings.
'Borrowed Time' sleeps 6 in 3 good sized double cabins each with 6'8'' beds and plenty of head-room. If required the salon table converts into an additional double berth or the 2 aft cabins can be converted into one large aft cabin. There are plenty of fans and hatches to ensure a cool night's sleep after a hot day in the sunshine! She is equipped with 2 Heads, both with hot & cold showers and notably the main head is more spacious with a separate standing shower stall.
The galley is equipped with engine driven fridge and cooler. There is a two burner stove with oven and double sinks and plenty of storage space. The large cockpit has plenty of cushioned seating and a good sized table with built in ice box for dining under the stars or under the shade of the bimini. The step down transom is ideal for diving and snorkeling, there is a hot fresh water transom shower for convenient rinsing off.
