BVI YACHT CHARTERS - MANDATORY EXTRAS
• Government & Cruising Taxes
December 1 - April 30	$2 per person, per day
May 1 - November 30	$0.75 per person, per day
• National Park Mooring Permit
up to 4 people 5-6 people 7-8 people 9-10 people each additional person	$25 per week $35 per week $45 per week $55 per week $5 per week
• Departure Tax	$20 per person (paid at airport or ferry dock)
• VISAR Contribution	$10 per charter
• Yacht Insurance	$30 per day ($150 Minimum and $300 Maximum) With a $500 per incident deductible for charters before September 2008 and $1,000 deductible after
• Dinghy Insurance	$20 per charter
• Fuel	Top off tanks
• Turn Around Fee	$50 each night less than 7
BVI YACHT CHARTERS - OPTIONAL EXTRAS
• Sleepaboard Arrival Night (5:00 PM)	$30 per person ($120 minimum) Includes water, snacks, tea and coffee.
• Captain / Crew Fee	$135 per day plus meals and gratuity
• Cell Phone Rental	$10 which includes $10 credit. Additional credit can be purchased. Calls to/from BVI Yacht Charters are free.

• Confirmation Deposit	50% of the charter fee
• Balance of charter fee	Pay upon arrival
• Due 30 days prior to start date or upon arrival	Extras
