Lagoon 38 - Kiaora
Built in 2006, this Lagoon catamaran is the ultimate in luxury, comfort, speed and style! With her truly original interior layout and clever deck design, giving excellent head room of 6'5" throughout, the Lagoon 38 is the pampered model of the line. Thanks to its superb bar, the panoramic salon and galley connecting directly with the cockpit.
It's grand interior volume for a 38-footer veils the vast and seaworthy hulls, her roller furling genoa, stack pack main with all control lines leading to the cockpit and well positioned forward helm make her a joy to sail. Ingenious and innovative, like all Lagoons. The Lagoon 38 is fully equipped with GPS, Autopilot, VHF, cellphone, Chart plotter (11.5" screen) and detailed BVI chip.
Each of the three guest cabins are beautifully appointed with subtle halogen lighting, cabin fans, opening ports and hatches, varnished blonde mahogany and plenty of cupboard space. The beds are a generous 6'7" long. Two spacious bathrooms with shower, vanity unit, wash-basin and head. Mahogany cupboards, mirrors and excellent lighting add to the luxury.
The salon has a large dining table with upholstered cushions, panoramic views for relaxing in the shade or dining in style. The chart table is completely separate, great for uninterrupted chart work. The state of the art CD player has speakers inside and outside. The galley has a large electrical fridge, which stays on all the time, keeping your provisions as fresh for the last day as when you arrive. Stovetop, oven, double sinks, plenty of storage space and countertops ensure easy and practical meal preparation. The galley opens onto the cockpit, perfect for socializing! Her cockpit has a large teak dining table with cushioned seating, which comfortably seats 6. A large bimini protects you from the hot sun. Twin step down transoms with swim ladder to port make for easy access to the water and dinghy. Two large nets forward are perfect for sun-lounging.
The Lagoon 38 is a stable, non-heeling platform, perfect for non-sailors. Her average speeds of 8-10 knots ensure even the most hardened sailors enjoy the thrill!
