This 44 foot South African built catamaran was voted "Boat of the Year" by Cruising World Magazine in 2002. With four private cabins, each with a queen-size berth and its own adjoining head with shower; its ideal for 4 couples or a large family. (Our only complaint is that the four heads are rather small). Otherwise, it's a great sailing boat, with many innovative and practical features and a clean, modern design. This boat delivers the performance most other catamaran's only promise. One neat feature is the integrated, "boom crane"; a clever gadget which slides out of the back of the boom and effortlessly lifts the inflatable dinghy onto convenient storage chocks on the swim platform. "Pussy Cat" is a true "blue water" catamaran which was sailed all the way to Florida from Cape Town, South Africa.
