In the event that you experience a technical problem preventing use of your yacht, Sunsail guarantees to get you sailing again within four hours. If the repair requires more time, Sunsail will issue you a credit towards your next Sunsail vacation.
* This guarantee covers engine, transmission, windlass, sails, rigging, battery and alternator.
* This is effective from the time you contact the local Sunsail base.
* The head charterer and Sunsail base management must agree upon the problem and the amount of sailing time loss at the boat debriefing prior to the charterer's departure from the marina.
* Breakdowns that occur outside the twenty-mile radius of a Sunsail base or in USVI territorial waters are excluded from the guarantee.
* Charterers may be asked to meet the repair crew at a nearby anchorage so they can reach you by land or sea.
