1. Were the staff at Conch Charters friendly and accommodating?
Yes, they were extremely helpful when one of the crew required an emergency appendectomy, they arrance for a taxi to meet us at Trellis Bay and arranged for a room back in Road Town.
2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
The boat was clean but the VHF did not work, though a mobile phone was provided. Given the spotty cell coverage I would not go with just the cell phone again. The anemometer did not work, which was not a big deal just a little annoyance.
3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes
4. Was the boat well ventilated?
Yes, but it is still hot in June!
5. Did the staff at Conch Charters do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and it's equipment?
Yes
6. Did you like the area you cruised?
Loved it...should have planned more days!

That was one of those things. the equipment was there I just didn't know it.

Yes, the yacht briefing was very well done.
2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes, it was the first yacht that everything worked. For 10 year old boat very well taken care of.
3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes
4. Was the boat well ventilated?
In the aft cabin one window was not usable, it would help if it was.

Yes

It was fantastic

We normally charter on the west coast of the US. Chartering was the best experience for my wife and I, the water is so warm and clear, the ability visit so many anchorages in one week made the trip. The winds were 20+ knots each day which made for great sailing. We really enjoyed Virgin Gorda, Jost Van Dyke & Sandy Cay.

Yes except for the stove top. We were informed that it is being replaced. Worked ok, just had to work at it.

Very - All staff were great - Very nice & helpful

Clean - Yes. Unexpected issue with motor, was attended to right away.

Yes - Needed a toaster rack for stove - but otherwise very good
4. Was the boat well ventilated?
Excellent ventilation - each cabin also had fans.
5. Did the staff at Conch Charters do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and it's equipment?
Best boat & chart briefing I've ever had. Covered everything and done in a friendly and easy to remember way. We did not feel rushed.
6. Did you like the area you cruised?
It's the BVIs - What's not to like?

Not that I can think of.

no, it needs another fan in the master stateroom and a fan in the front cabin

The boat is very comfortable with a nice large aft stateroom and nice large area on the stern for laying out in the sun, but it does sail like a pig!
But it's a very comfortale pig at that!
