9. Additional comments on your charter?

I forgot to mention when we were returning. But the 2nd or 3rd step from the top on the starboard/transom was rubbed smooth of any diamond plate. As a result several of the crew learned about it the hard way. This condition may have been caused by the position of the gang plank when at the CYOA dock. The process at customs is a little cumbersome and time consuming. It would be better if that service were available through CYOA. The refueling dock is crowded and tight. Need to allow 1 hour there. This makes it tough to spend the last night any further away from CYOA, than Beef island or Christmas Cove. Remove the Customs stop and the fuel stop and you allow your customers more choice of anchorages on their last night

We dealt with Nancy, Sven, Jay and Kim. Every issue was resolved immediately to our liking. All questions answered immediately and thoroughly. We had a minor injury and help was forthcoming and nicely done. We received ample advice on places to go and facilities available. Sven was especially helpful with his initial orientation as well as follow up stuff. The operating manuals and crusing information on the boat were clearly superior.CYOA is a well run organization , I was not only pleased but also very impressed with the quality focus of their operation. A+

9. Additional comments on your charter?

Cockpit was a prefect size. It was very tedious marking every scratch inside & outside of the boat. It would have been a lot easier and faster if we had a copy of the list of damage from the previous charter. Pay for seven nights and get ten including our first night on board - We are ready to book a 2011 trip on a 45' - 50'. Very happy with communications prior to trip also. The Americans in St. Thomas must be able to buy higher end groceries and nice meats / deli somewhere? Need to know that.
