Yes, Except for a clogged toilet that became very bad and required emergency measures

3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?

Yes - Except for the forward cabin

5. Did the staff at Footloose do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and it's equipment?
Yes excellent job

Responded more quickly when we called about the clogged head. It took 24 hours for a return call

9. Additional comments on your charter?
The charter was a great experience except for one thing. Our forward head drainage port was clogged - apparently when we left port. We called and did not get a response until more than one day later. The smell became unbearable. They sent out a guy who flushed the clogged tanks into the harbor - right onto bed of coral. He also cleaned it with a jug of Clorox and Lysol - which was also flushed onto the reef. They should have pumped the tank into a holding tank rather than dump the waste and the chemicals onto the reef. The guy in charge at Footloose when we returned to Road Town was very understanding and we were given a free day pass for a future trip. However, the reef is more my concern and the damage that may have occured.
