1. Were the staff at The Moorings Power friendly and accommodating?
We found the staff to be most accommodating and friendly.
2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
The yacht was clean. We did have some issues with a leaking toilet that became quite a smelly nuisance. Also had to have a battery replaced.
3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes. The only complaint was that the propane grill was broken and we were instructed to use it as a charcoal grill which functioned rather poorly. For a 2 yr old vessel we would have expected a functioning grill.
4. Was the boat well ventilated?
No complaints
5. Did the staff at The Moorings Power do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and it's equipment?
The briefings were very informative. Almost too much to absorb for the first time visitors. Printed info would have been nice.
6. Did you like the area you cruised?
Beautiful area!!
7. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
Your staff was most informative and accommodating.

Departure process very slow, we were there at 8:00, Provisioned by 10:00 yet not able to leave till after 2:00 pm - Yet boat is to be returned at 10:00 am

1. Were the staff at The Moorings Power friendly and accommodating?
Yes
2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Pretty much....we had a few problems that were manageable. We informed Moorings.
3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
yes
4. Was the boat well ventilated?
yes
5. Did the staff at The Moorings Power do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and it's equipment?
They were very busy that day and did not spend enough time with us. There were several things we did not know such as being able to get additional towels.
6. Did you like the area you cruised?
Absolutely!!
7. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
Now that we have been on one of the Mooring boats we know what is supplied, but a list ahead of time would have been nice. We ended up bring a few things that were provided.

We had a fantastic time and can't wait to do it again.
