Everyone was wonderful except the desk workers. They were rude and not willing to tell us anything other than one word answers.

Absolutely. They were extremely accommodating.

We made it work but we had problems: The gas grill stopped working by the end of the trip. The toaster was not very reliable; sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't.

It was fine. There could have been more windows in the salon.

Yes.

We love the BVI and this was our second long trip there. We didn't realize the water temp would be as cool as it was in March. Nobody on our charter snorkeled during the week and only a few people got in the water at all and then only for a few minutes. But we are from Texas and so we are not used to cool water. We saw others swimming and snorkeling. Next time we will go in the off season when the water temp is 5 degrees warmer and there isn't quite as much cooling breeze.

Friendly and quite helpfull

Anchor Winch and a Toilet Pump & Hose had to be changed, which took 1/2 a day.
3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes except for the Charcoal Bar-B-Q. We really did not expect to have to work with charcoal on a yacht

Although we were diligent and collected and put the used charcoal in the garbage, it is very likely that others just dump it into the ocean, which is not very eco friendly. A Gas Bar-B-Q, which the boat is set up for would be a much better choice and much easier and cleaner to use.

Waiting for Next Year to do it again. We swicth from Virgin Traders to the Moorings and we had no complaints at all. Love it, all the facilities at the Moorings are extremely neat including Showers,Bathrooms, Waiting Areas and of course all the personnel.

The 37' is well-powered & easily maneuvered.
In general it's an excellent design & comfortable. One can see the bow from the helm.
Two items--with a 15' beam, the berths are just too narrow for 2 people to sleep comfortably.
And while the fiberglass top is very nice, it make the boat top-heavy. At mooring it will occasionally do a serious roll when the water appears perfectly flat & no other boats are moving.

yes. extremely so.

yes, very clean and in good working condition except the generator did not work and was not repairable but they did everything humnaly possible to fix it.
3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
yes. though we could not use some of it because of the broken gen

yes.

yes. the check out was very thorough.

yes. it was wonderful!

we lacked nothing and you provided an extra ice which was perfect.

yes but we ran the ac most of the time.
5. Did the staff at The Moorings Power do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and it's equipment?
very good job ,however the door lock should be demonstrated and checked.
6. Did you like the area you cruised?
good time had by all, except for one incident. staff should explain that it is important to lock boat and to place valuables out of sight and insided when leaving boat and at night

have boat ready when promised ,an when delayed up dates
