ITINERARY 1: 7
Nights Standard
Departure day: Marsh
Harbour to Hope Town - 5 nautical miles
After your chart and
boat briefings, have a leisurely sail to Hope Town.
Take your snorkel gear to the beach and enjoy dinner
ashore later.
Day 1: Hope Town to
Man O' War Cay - 4 nautical miles
Take a morning walk
around Hope Town. Visit the lighthouse, shop at the
local stores. A short sail takes you to Man O' War
Cay. Divers could stop at "Johnny's Cay"
on the way. Visit the boat building shops; take
advantage of the local bakeries. Dinner ashore.
Day 2: Man O' War
Cay to Fisher's Bay - 8 nautical miles
A morning walk on Man
O' War could take you over to the ocean side of the
island with your mask and snorkel. Head out for
Guana Cay. Stop at Fowl Cay for snorkeling on the
way. Anchor at Fishers Bay and head over to Nippers
for dinner and relaxing in their 2 level pools.
Day 3: Fisher's Bay
to Baker's Bay - 3 nautical miles
Go ashore to see the
settlement before heading up to Bakers bay. Anchor
for the night and explore the beach. There is a
short trail takes you over the island to the ocean
side. Dinner onboard.
Day 4: Baker's Bay
to Green Turtle Cay - 11 nautical miles
Leave Bakers Bay and
head up to Green Turtle Cay. Anchor off the
settlement or go up into White sound. Explore the
settlement with its quaint museum and local stores.
Day 5: Green Turtle
Cay to Treasure Cay - 14 nautical miles
Sail from Green
Turtle to Treasure Cay. Either anchor in the harbor
or tie up at their 1st class marina. Ashore you will
find a beautiful beach and resort. Snorkel off the
beach, or for those who want to golf, this is the
place.
Day 6: Treasure Cay
to Matt Lowe's Cay - 14 nautical miles
Head from Green
Turtle Cay to Matt Lowes Cay for the last night
onboard. You will need to have dinner onboard your
vessel. Stopping to swim at lunch in the Sea of
Abaco. You will be able to see the lighthouse at
Hope Town sending its signal to mariners as a great
memory of this trip.
Day 7: Return to
Marsh Harbour - 3 nautical miles
Pick up the anchor
early to return to the base.
ITINERARY 2: 7
Nights Advanced*

itinerary is for someone who wants to put in a lot of
sailing miles. It is aggressive!*
Day 1: From Marsh
Harbour to Man O War Cay - 5 nautical miles
After completing
briefings, sail across to Man O War Cay. Abacos
traditional boat building town. Wander through the
quaint little village and enjoy the hospitality of
the locals and their local table fare.
Day 2: From Man O
War to Great Guana Cay - 10 nautical miles
Head northwest to
Fowl Cay Marine Park for a snorkeling stop. Continue
on to Bakers Bay at the northern tip of Great Guana
Cay and anchor in the turquoise tree lined cove to
watch a sunset to rival any.
Day 3: From Great
Guana Cay to Green Turtle Cay - 15 nautical miles
Sail through Whale
Cay Passage to New Plymouth on Green Turtle Cay and
visit the museum and famous sculpture gardens.
Overnight in nearby White Sound and enjoy dinner at
The Green Turtle Club.
Day 4: From Green
Turtle to Treasure Cay - 13 nautical miles
Sail north for an
early snorkel stop at Manjack Cay then continue on
to dock for the night at Treasure Cay to sample the
local seafood.
Day 5: From Treasure
Cay to Hopetown - 20 nautical miles
On to Hopetown, home
of the candy striped lighthouse. Wonderful
snorkeling can be found just a few yards off the
ocean beach and the picturesque village boasts many
of Abacos best eateries.
Day 6: From Hopetown
to Little Harbour - 12 nautical miles
A short sail south
brings Client to the under water wonderland of
Pelican Cays Land and Sea Park. Drop anchor off
Sandy Cay for snorkeling and lunch. Continue south
to Little Harbour and experience the unique ambience
of Pete’s Pub.
Day 7: From Little
Harbour to Elbow Cay
Sail through Lubbers
Quarters and lunch anchored off Tahiti Beach. Spend
the night docked in White Sound on Elbow Cay. Dine
at The Abaco Inn with the Atlantic laid out before
you.
Day 8: Return to
Marsh Harbour - 10 nautical miles.
Set sail for the
10-mile voyage to base for de-briefing at
noon.
