1. Were the staff at The Moorings friendly and accommodating?
Yes, One minor issue was arival day. We had flown all night and were looking forward to a little rest but the boat wasn't ready until 5pm. A quiet room with air conditioning would have been nice.
2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes. other then a few minor issues with a bilge pump and the roller furler everyting worked well
3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
yes
4. Was the boat well ventilated?
yes, and the air conditioning was very much appreciated
5. Did the staff at The Moorings do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and it's equipment?
Yes, the check out was very good
6. Did you like the area you cruised?
Yes, The BVI's are wonderful
7. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
I appriciate everything you did for us. One minor issue was perhaps a warning that an eveining abourd doesn't start until 6pm would have been helpful.

We had a great time and the charter met out expectaion in every way. Everyone aboard was planning the next charter before this one was finished.

Absolutely, "Lynn", the manager could not have been nicer, definitely a people person

Yes, but we ran the air conditioning alot, so not needed

One of the best charters I have done in quite awhile, the staff are super friendly and helpful, our boat was impeccable, the entire cruise far exceeded our expectations and our crew of Eight were more than comfortable.
The sail from St Lucia to Bequia is a long one but the sailing is spectacular, we sailed right beside a pod of dolphins for quite awhile, they came right up to the boat, you could almost touch them. We over-nighted on the return trip between St Lucia's famous "Pitons" I would definitely recommend this base and the location to anyone considering a bare-boat cruise.

The Abacos are fantastic. I would recommend them as an ideal cruising ground for anyone. The beaches are pristine and the towns quaint and relaxed. The people were so friendly and welcoming. We never worried about someone trying to take advantage of us as tourists or about our boat or belongings. We were able to just relax and enjoy the beauty.

Yes. My expectations were low having experience "island time" customer service before. However, The Moorings were on top of everything and provided timely service throughout the trip. I would defintiieyl recommend them to others.

Yes, the yacht was as advertised. Clean and in good working condition
3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes.
4. Was the boat well ventilated?
Yes, each room had a ventilating fan and the boats A/C worked great.
5. Did the staff at The Moorings do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and it's equipment?
Yes. One complaint was that the Dingy was not rigged correctly and so the friendly skipper was not able to show us the proper way to store the dingy resulting in problems down the road.
6. Did you like the area you cruised?
yes, excllent
