1. Were the staff at Virgin Traders friendly and accommodating?
Absolutely
2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes, the yacht was clean and the engines and main systems were in good working order, a number of instruments were not working, such as the GPS, fuel and water tank gauges, flashlights and dingy light.
3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
the stove worked fine, the oven not so well, the accessory cooking equipment ( toaster, coffeemaker) were sufficient, there was no cleaning equipment really (broom, sponge etc)
4. Was the boat well ventilated?
Yes
5. Did the staff at Virgin Traders do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and it's equipment?
very good job with initial briefing, quick while sufficient and efficient; very polite and friendly during briefing and de briefing, only unpleasant surprise was cost of provisioning was higher than expected, excess staples were provided and cost of additional nights docking was unexpected although very reasonable.
6. Did you like the area you cruised?
absolutely, best cruising in the world,
7. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
I don't think so, you were extremely helpful, next time I would definitely choose custom provisioning though. we left alot on the boat.

Thanks to the thorough and friendly assistance of Virgin Island and Virgin Traders personnel the organization and preparations for our trip were smooth and easy. We were blessed with consistent fantastic weather, gorgeous scenery from so many different islands and views, a real adventure and sense of discovery unlike anything you could get from a resort holiday, but with much of the same comfort and amenities, especially when staying in Nanny Cay and Scrub Island marinas.
Our group of 6 have all enjoyed extensive travels, in the Carribean and around the world. Three of us had been to the BVI's before, but only the captain had been on a previous private yacht vacation... yet all of us thought this was one of THE best, if not THE BEST vacation they had ever had. Even our one crew member previously prone to seasickness had no such trouble on this great trip through the BVI's.
